This cover art piece of me is a revision that is being worked on by my cover artist Phatpuppy Art/Claudia McKinney for author Kelly Carroll’s screenplay. It is titled, ‘Angel City’ and was sent to me as a gift on September 3, 2013. I thought it was worthy of posting. As I have stated many times in the past…..I am honored to be an exclusive cover model with her as she is one of the world’s greatest.

John Quinlan – Thank You Jillian Bullock for Selecting Me as an Actor in Your Upcoming Film

Thanks to one of the greatest women in the world, Jillian Bullock. I wanted to personally thank you Jillian for selecting me as an actor in your upcoming film in 2014. With rehearsals set for the end of May & shooting to start in June I really feel this will be a special project for me to be involved with. It will be an honor to play a soldier in the movie. Thank you Clinton Bullock for recommending me for a role in this film! It means a lot my friend that you believe in me enough to include me in the script. What more can I say other than thank you…..I am truly humbled by this selection!

I just wanted to say thank you to all those who have been checking up on me during my training. I am really taken back so often at all the good people out there who care about me. This film quality isn’t the greatest but it was taken after a morning workout when the thought was fresh in my mind.

Early Morning Weigh-In on August 21, 2013

I have been dieting & training for just 3 weeks now and had an early morning weigh-in on an empty stomach. I very rarely weigh myself as I try and go by the mirror but every now and then I think it is a good thing to measure my overall progress. I came in at today at 196lbs. and at 5’9” I feel like I am doing alright considering I have only been going steady for the past three weeks. I am training right now for the NPC Brooklyn Grand Prix Physique taking place October 5th and a big photo shoot on October 11th in Philadelphia with Jillian Bullock for her new fitness book.
