Just finished my workout and feeling determined, tomorrow is show time at the 2015 NPC Vermont Championships my target show going with one of my trainers Richie Kalaydjian with the mission to win Men’s Physique in honor of my trainer & friend Nick Ward diagnosed with cancer March 4th. “Big Nick you got this man, you’ll kick it’s ass & I am gonna try like Hell for you on stage tomorrow.”
