To answer the questions, no the past 2 shows were not my target shows. I wasn’t at my best physical condition for either of them. My target show is this Saturday at the NPC Vermont Championships which I aim to be in my best condition finally and repeat as the Overall Physique champion like I did at this show last year. Yesterday was a 22 1/2 hour day in New York, New York. Heart of a warrior, I will keep plugging away. 4th place at the 2014 NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships Master Physique.
