Today is my target show, the 2014 NPC Vermont Championships and I went back to the basics at one week out to prepare for it like a Marvin Hagler blue collar type fighter. I didn’t cut any corners or take any shortcuts, in the words of one of my idols Jerry Rice, “hard work, just hard work.”

Yesterday was a 22 1/2 hour day in New York, New York. Heart of a warrior, I will keep plugging away. 4th place at the 2014 NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships Master Physique. Thank you everybody for the love & support of me, sometimes it brings me to tears how much people really care about me. Larry Cuzzi without you I would never even got there, God Bless You Always man…..like my brother!
God watch over me as I compete today at the 2014 NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan in NY. I truly feel so much better for this show than I did last week. I made some corrections to my pre-contest diet and received some great advice from my friend Ifbb Pro Shawn Labega with my overall stage presence. Thank you Shawn, means a lot my man! I made some careless mistakes last time that I corrected for this show. Win, lose or draw I did my best with all things in my life considered to prepare and in my heart I can live with the outcome.
