Gone Too Soon

Happy heavenly birthday to my brother Brian, he would have been 49 years old today. This will sadly forever be surreal to me. Gone too soon ❤️

“Today is my 51st birthday, and in the spirit of Halloween, this little guy is wearing his mask. Love to the masses, and thank you to all those who have been so good to me over the past 51 years. Stay blessed.”

Early Birthday for Stoneface

Thanks, Gina, for this early little birthday gift, yup…I wore these back in 5th grade when they made their original debut. Putting them on makes me feel a bit younger, LOL! The Men’s Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid Casual Shoes are primarily based on the Air Jordan I, originally released in 1985.*

John “Stoneface” Quinlan 50th Birthday

Today is my 50th birthday! October 30th, 1974, my 1st half century has been quite a journey. Too many people to thank for all the love & support. If wealth was measured in memories, I’d be a billionaire. In my younger years I said I’d go until my wheels fell off. In recent years I changed my tune and said 50 would be it. No longer in the fitness industry, no longer in the model industry, and 100% at peace saying so. I’m not that guy anymore and I don’t want to be that guy anymore. I train when I can and focus on my overall health & well-being moving forward. The days of shirtless photos are done, going to leave that for the younger guys now. One last one, one final time. This is me; this is what 50 looks like. Many chapters of my life are now closed but new ones are opening. I believe in my heart the best is yet to come as inside I’m still that 12-year-old undersized little bag of bones Irish kid who started out with nothing but believed that if he kept working hard some special things in his life could happen.
