“I have been dieting & training for a few weeks now and had an early morning weigh-in on an empty stomach. I very rarely weigh myself as I try and go by the mirror but every now and then I think it is a good thing to measure my overall progress. I came in at 188lbs. and at 5’9″ I feel like I am doing alright so far. I have my first photo shoot of the year next week so I will see how everything goes. I will keep everybody posted. Thanks so much for all the support.”

I was 188lbs. and at 5’9″ and I feel fairly comfortable thus far along. I would like to personally thank Nick Ward for all his help, this guy is as strong as anybody I have ever seen and he is always there for me as one of the greatest spotters on Earth. I pressed the 100lb. dumbbells for 8 reps and was happy with that considering my strict diet and cardio regimen over the past couple of months. This video was filmed on March 14, 2013.
