PLEASE READ THIS ABOUT MY GOOD FRIEND ANDREW LITTLE WHO IS 6 YEARS OLD, IT WILL ONLY TAKE 1 MINUTE OF YOUR TIME
Andrew Little is 6 years old. He has a disease called Transverse Myelitis. He was born a normal, healthy little boy, but when he was 15 months old he was suddenly struck ill. Paralyzed from the neck down he was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis. Andrew was at that point, forced to live away from his family in a 24 hour care facility. He was to endure surgery after surgery and be in constant danger of further illness due to his weakened state. His single mother did all that she could to ease his fears and to keep him as happy as possible, but even that could not last as she passed away in 2012. Now Andrews grandmother is his sole guardian. His tragic story has captured the hearts of many and I hope it will capture yours. Andrew remains a very bright and happy little soul and the smallest of things bring him so much joy. His biggest and only wish is to receive Christmas cards from those who care. Last year we asked for cards to be sent to him, many did reply but, things took a terrible turn and Andrew ended up in the E.R. several times. He spent his most loved holiday in the hospital. He pushed through, even when we were all told to expect the worst. Sadly many of his cards were misplaced through his many moves. This year we have taken into consideration all possibilities and have established a mailing address that is controlled by his grandmother. By doing this we can ensure all cards will get to Andrew no matter where he may be. Here is his new Facebook page and a ‘Like’ from you on it would mean the world to him:

I just received a message from a friend who requested to remain anonymous thanking me for saving her life and avoiding possible suicide & THESE WERE POWERFUL WORDS….here is what she wrote me:
I know you may hear this everyday. From fans that you’ve gathered along your journey. But, knowing what little I know, you’ve helped me. My life, even though I’m 33, has been a mixture of hell and happiness. After losing my only parent to breast cancer, almost three months ago. I was at my bottom, without a place to live. Due to the fact that, mom got so sick, I had to be her full time caregiver. So, when she passed I couldn’t stay in the house she rented. I was about to just say, “I give up.” And throw in the towel, end it all. But, I was scrolling through my Facebook newsfeed and your post about you going through hell and how you didn’t give up, even when the world was knocking you down. It spoke to me, made me see that if you can do it, I can too. If you can go through all of that and not give in or give up. Then, so can I! You may not know it, my friend. But, you saved me. Just that post, saved me from doing something that I wouldn’t be able to come back from. I know it may not seem like you have any clue as to what affect your words have on others. I can speak for myself, you’re inspiration. I hope to make you proud and be the kind of person that can give others the same inspiration. To be able to pay it forward and save someone that’s in the shape I was in. So, from my heart to yours, thanks. Thank you for all that you’ve done. Much love, my dear friend.
