2014 NPC Vermont Championships by John Quinlan
To answer the questions, no the past 2 shows were not my target shows. I wasn’t at my best physical condition for either of them. My target show is this Saturday at the NPC Vermont Championships which I aim to be in my best condition finally and repeat as the Overall Physique champion like I did at this show last year. I promise to give it my best, God Bless.

Yesterday was a 22 1/2 hour day in New York, New York. Heart of a warrior, I will keep plugging away. 4th place at the 2014 NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships Master Physique. Thank you everybody for the love & support of me, sometimes it brings me to tears how much people really care about me. God Watch Over Me Today at the 2014 NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan
God watch over me as I compete today at the 2014 NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan in NY. I truly feel so much better for this show than I did last week. I made some corrections to my pre-contest diet and received some great advice from my friend Ifbb Pro Shawn Labega with my overall stage presence. Thank you Shawn, means a lot my man! I made some careless mistakes last time that I corrected for this show. Win, lose or draw I did my best with all things in my life considered to prepare and in my heart I can live with the outcome.
