Tattooed Physique Model John Joseph Quinlan

I went into battle last night on stage at the NPC New England Championships at 40 years old and made no excuses competing in the Master & Open physique classes. I was talking to the competitor next to me in the open class lineup and when I asked him how old he was he replied, “I am 19 years old” and I said “I’m over twice your age, good luck out there son.” I gave it Hell and I thank all those who supported me on my journey in 2014.
