It’s so dark and quiet right now, I’m sitting alone in this darkness saying to myself, “when I step on stage tomorrow at the Arnold Physique…1 thing I can promise…I will make it respectable” Thank you all for the love & support you have given me on my journey to this mega stage. God Bless

Just a quick video here to chart my progress with a little over 1 week left until I compete on stage at the 2015 Arnold Amateur Men’s Physique competition in Columbus, Ohio. I am in the D class and I believe there is about 50 guys in my class from countries all over the world. I am truly honored to step on stage with these other great athletes at this show promoted by the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Despite a lot of set backs along the way I trained the best I could Peter Karalekas for the Arnold Amateur Physique contest on March 6th…I board the plane 1 week from today. U know I’m representin’ our Boston crew there against guys from countries all over the world. BOSTON STRONG BABY!
