Today is my target show, the 2014 NPC Vermont Championships and I went back to the basics at one week out to prepare for it like a Marvin Hagler blue collar type fighter. I didn’t cut any corners or take any shortcuts, in the words of one of my idols Jerry Rice, “hard work, just hard work.”

To answer the questions, no the past 2 shows were not my target shows. I wasn’t at my best physical condition for either of them. My target show is this Saturday at the NPC Vermont Championships which I aim to be in my best condition finally and repeat as the Overall Physique champion like I did at this show last year.
