So what’s the latest updates on Fitness model, John Quinlan? First off, John is featured at Lea Barrymire’s site for Tattoo Tuesday, check out the interview click Here and John has a new fitness updates as he preps up for the upcoming Vermont NPC Bodybuilding event.

“I have about 3 ½ weeks to go until my first show of 2013, the NPC Vermont Bodybuilding Championships being held on April 27th. I will be competing in the Men’s Physique Division. As far as conditioning goes I feel I am pretty much where I should be at this point in my training so this quick video clip was a good way for me to measure it before my morning workout. I also thought it would be a good idea to say thank you to both NPC promoter Mike Feulner and RT Convention coordinator Tamara McHatton. Mike Feulner is one of the best promoters in the world and being able to be part of his show this year is an honor. I am just as honored to be part of Tamara McHatton’s RT Convention in Kansas City on May 2-5th and I am truly humbled for the invite.”

Latest videos on John Quinlan. The first clip is John’s promo video which he sent to different modeling agencies and scouts upon their request. On the second video, John shares some thoughts, “Just a quick video clip measuring my abs progress thus far into my training in spring 2013 and yes those are Angry Birds pajama pants! Ha ha ha, my kids gave me those as a gift so not wearing them was never an option…..all good.” In the third video, John thanks Brianna and Danielle, “Special thanks to Brianna and Danielle of Envie Tanning of Wakefield, MA. For being so nice helping me get ready for my spring 2013 shoot.” And the last video, John shares some thoughts on his military themed photo shoot, “A quick video clip filmed during my spring 2013 shoot. I was encouraged by some writers and authors to model a military theme as part of it. It was only 40 degrees outside while these photos were being taken which really made it a challenge. It felt more like 30 degrees if you ask me but it was worth sticking it out. I was really honored to model this theme as I have 100% respect for all of our service men and women who fight every day to protect our great country. God Bless”

“I have been dieting & training for a few weeks now and had an early morning weigh-in on an empty stomach. I very rarely weigh myself as I try and go by the mirror but every now and then I think it is a good thing to measure my overall progress. I came in at 188lbs. and at 5’9″ I feel like I am doing alright so far. I have my first photo shoot of the year next week so I will see how everything goes. I will keep everybody posted. Thanks so much for all the support.”

I would like to personally thank Nick Ward for all his help, this guy is as strong as anybody I have ever seen and he is always there for me as one of the greatest spotters on Earth. I pressed the 100lb. dumbbells for 8 reps and was happy with that considering my strict diet and cardio regimen over the past couple of months. This video was filmed on March 14, 2013. John shares his latest progress shot for 2013, “So 2013 is finally here and I have been training for a few weeks now
getting back in the swing of things. I still have a while to go before a
show and the RT Convention so I feel I’m moving at my own pace which is
cool with me. I do have a scheduled photo shoot March 22nd so I
honestly feel I am right on track as to where I should be thus far
along. Just have to fine tune some things as I go I guess and say a
couple Hail Mary’s that I can time things right, LOL!!!!! Just gonna
keep pluggin’ and see what happens here my friends 🙂 Here is a basic
progress shot taken with my cell phone this morning. No pump and the
lighting in the room wasn’t that good but I thought it would be a good
idea just to measure basic progress. Thanks for the love and support.
