Just a quick video here to chart my progress with a little over 1 week left until I compete on stage at the 2015 Arnold Amateur Men’s Physique competition in Columbus, Ohio. I am in the D class and I believe there is about 50 guys in my class from countries all over the world. I am truly honored to step on stage with these other great athletes at this show promoted by the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger.
