On the second video, John shares some thoughts, “Just a quick video clip measuring my abs progress thus far into my training in spring 2013 and yes those are Angry Birds pajama pants! I was encouraged by some writers and authors to model a military theme as part of it. It was only 40 degrees outside while these photos were being taken which really made it a challenge. It felt more like 30 degrees if you ask me but it was worth sticking it out.
